ISNetworld Compliance Specialist

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: $48.00 per hour

 About our Role

Atlas Field Services (AFS) is seeking an experienced ISN Compliance Specialist to support contractor readiness programs for utility clients. This position serves as the primary liaison between utility clients, prime contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with ISNetworld (ISN) requirements and maintain uninterrupted contractor eligibility for work.

The ISN Compliance Specialist functions as a trusted advisor and guide, helping contractors navigate complex ISN requirements, maintain acceptable performance grades, resolve deficiencies, and prevent work stoppages. This role is responsible for developing processes, tools, templates, reporting mechanisms, and contractor engagement strategies that enable contractors to remain compliant, work-ready, and available for deployment on client projects.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, contractor relationship management, regulatory awareness, process development experience, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve risks before they impact operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor compliance activities within ISNetworld (ISN).
  • Monitor contractor ISN status, grades, qualifications, and required documentation to ensure continuous work readiness.
  • Proactively identify deficiencies and work directly with contractors to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Guide prime contractors and subcontractors through ISN requirements, helping them maintain compliance and avoid work stoppages.
  • Develop and maintain tracking systems, workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Create templates, guidance documents, and standardized resources to support contractors and safety documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate contractor onboarding, qualification, and readiness activities for new and existing vendors.
  • Analyze data, performance metrics, and trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding ISN requirements and expectations.
  • Support contractor audits, assessments, and compliance reviews as required.
  • Assist contractors in understanding client, regulatory, and safety-related ISN requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic reports, status updates, and performance summaries to management and clients.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with contractors to promote long-term compliance and program success.
  • Other duties and projects assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting contractor compliance, contractor management, project administration, safety programs, or related business operations.
  • Experience working with ISNetworld (ISN) or similar contractor compliance management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of contractor qualification, compliance, and risk management processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Project Management, Occupational Safety, Risk Management, Logistics, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience supporting utility, construction, energy, infrastructure, or industrial clients
  • Familiarity with OSHA, contractor safety programs, and contractor management best practices.
  • Experience developing workflows, process improvements, reporting tools, and compliance programs.
  • Experience working with large contractor networks consisting of prime contractors and subcontractors.
  • Project management or contractor management experience.

Work Environment

This position may be performed remotely, in an office environment, or in a hybrid setting depending on client and project needs. Limited travel may be required to support contractor meetings, client engagements, training activities, and compliance initiatives.
