THE POSITION
As a Director S/4 Business Workstream Leader - Integrated Supply Chain Operations here at Honeywell, you will be a pivotal leader in shaping and advancing ISC operations through the SAP S/4 transformation. You will bring deep, hands-on experience across supply chain and operations to drive business process alignment, operational execution, and measurable outcomes across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment.
The Director S/4 Business Workstream Leader serves as the business owner for Integrated Supply Chain Operations solutions across the end-to-end value stream, defining transformation priorities, representing ISC operational needs, and driving alignment between business process design, standardization, and execution during the SAP S/4 program.
Your expertise will extend to guiding cross-functional teams through complex operational transformation, ensuring business readiness, adoption, and sustained performance improvement. You will help establish robust operating rhythms, performance measures, and governance mechanisms that enable effective decision-making across ISC functions. In partnership with stakeholders, you will identify priorities, define scope, and drive delivery of scalable solutions that improve service, inventory, cost, quality, and productivity. You will monitor progress, anticipate operational risks, and provide clear updates to senior leadership on milestones, dependencies, and business impact. With a strong understanding of Integrated Supply Chain operations, change leadership, and enterprise transformation, you will play a critical role in enabling standardized, efficient, and resilient operations across our global organization.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage strategic ISC operations initiatives within the SAP S/4 program, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational priorities, and customer requirements
  • Develop and implement standardized operating processes, management systems, and project methodologies that support ISC operational excellence
  • Partner with planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and customer-facing teams to define scope, requirements, and operational deliverables
  • Monitor transformation progress, identify operational risks and constraints, and drive mitigation plans that protect continuity, service, and performance
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to support business readiness, adoption, and sustained execution across ISC operations
  • Communicate program status, operational impacts, decisions, and performance updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement across ISC operations through process standardization, performance management, and data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure alignment to governance, compliance, and operational control requirements across ISC processes and transformation activities

Qualifications
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENT
Due to US export control laws, candidates must be U.S. citizen, perm resident, protected status under asylum/refugee, OR can obtain export approval.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 8+ years of experience leading complex Integrated Supply Chain operations and transformation initiatives, with a strong record of driving measurable business results.
  • Expert knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain operations, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and customer fulfillment processes.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale operational and business transformation efforts, including process design, deployment, adoption, and performance stabilization in complex environments.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

  • Strong project management skills and adept at balancing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. PMP Certification preferred.
  • Skills in managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and efficiency in the supply chain.
  • Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across Integrated Supply Chain operations.
  • Proven ability to solve complex operational problems and enable sustainable improvements across the Integrated Supply Chain.
