Job Title: Lead – Software Architect, Pega Applications
Location: Remote
Duration: Full-Time
NEED IRS MBI Clearance.

Description:
Serve as an expert consultant to oversee and guide IT strategies, focusing on designing and implementing architecture, workflows, and enterprise focused solutions, particularly utilizing Pega. Manager is responsible for coordinating the management of all work perf Manager shall act as the central point of contact (POC) for this project. Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project. Provide application systems analysis and Transition and Target State plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA), ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure
• Define IT strategies and manage infrastructure to meet organizational objectives
• Lead teams in system design, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and information security protocols
• Provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and development framework.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration
• Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategies with business goals.
• Coordinate with Pega vendor with Service Requests and their resolution
• Manage Pega platform level 508 defects and their plan for their resolution

Skill Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, architecture, specializing in Pega
• Certified as a Pega Lead System Architect
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and security standards
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work in dynamic, project-based roles.
• A Bachelor of Science (BS) in computer science (CS) field is preferred.
