You’ll receive full estimating, project-management, and marketing support so you can focus on building relationships and closing profitable renovation projects.

- Ensure smooth project handoffs and client satisfaction from start to finish.
- Represent IRR professionally, reflecting our commitment to quality, communication, and results.

✅ Qualifications

- Proven track record in B2B or construction sales (multifamily or GC experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of renovation scopes, estimating, and proposal development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).
- Familiarity with multifamily operations or property management.
- Experience selling high-value construction services.

Why Join IRR

- Unlimited income potential — you control your earnings.
- Support from an established, high-performance GC team.
