Iron Oak Energy is looking for a dynamic Senior Systems Analyst who will have a positive impact on the Information Technology team at it's The Woodlands, TX. Corporate office location.
Iron Oak Energy is looking for a dynamic Senior Systems Analyst with experience in working with various business Applications, Integrations, Microsoft BI tools and technologies (Azure) that can develop, implement, and support many Application integrations, Power BI Reports and Azure BI tools and technologies. The developer also creates and supports the processes that integrate data between ERP, 3rd party and home-grown applications. A successful candidate will be proficient in communication with various departments and must be able to work independently and as a productive member of a development team. The position requires the candidate to work with Business Analysts and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide monitoring and support as required to ensure the availability and performance of enterprise applications, data and BI environments for both external and internal users.
  • Timely troubleshooting and resolution of production issues through analysis and review of data flow and transformation logic.
  • Identifies and evaluates potential threats and vulnerabilities (either detected internally or publicly announced) that could impact.
  • Provide development estimates and timelines for scheduling and planning.
  • Produce technical documentation that supports deployment, testing, and ongoing production support.
  • Complete design, development, testing and technical documentation tasks in a timely manner and at required level of quality.
  • Partner with various departments and IT to coordinate system development or scheduled activities.
  • Collaborate with governance, risk, and compliance personnel on network security, data privacy, SOX, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Assist with implementation of new systems, functionality, workflows and/or processes.
  • Support system integrations when appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain API (REST), act as a Level 3 Applications and BI Service Desk SME.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology or related field required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related systems analyst role required.
  • Certification in Microsoft Power BI, Azure BI Tools and Technologies or .NET Programming desired.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (both oral and written).
