Job description

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

CORE JOB DUTIES 

  • Responsible for measuring and mixing pesticide and foliar applications and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy. 
  • Communication with IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead as well as other department supervisors and leads. 
  • Ensuring plant health by scouting, scoping, and monitoring plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required 
  • Execution of pest / disease treatment schedules as outlined by the IPM Supervisor 
  • Assist with data entry and track & trace. 
  • Responsible for filling out all IPM logs and reports as outlined by the IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS 

  • Two years' experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption. Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above-described duties. 
  • Effective time-management, high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work as a self-starter 
  • Ability to stand and wear proper protective equipment for extended time periods. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain State of Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator License; including completion of state required documents & exams. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment. 
  • Ability to read pesticide labels. 
  • Basic math comprehension 
  • Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust. 
  • Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time. 
  • Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
