The Pest Control Specialist plays a vital role in managing and mitigating pest issues across various environments including residential properties, commercial buildings, and industrial sites. This position involves independent fieldwork complemented by small team collaboration, working closely with technicians and reporting to a supervisor. With daily local travel to multiple sites, the specialist ensures effective pest control through thorough inspections, treatment applications, and compliance with safety protocols. This role offers growth opportunities such as advancement to team lead, specialization in termite control, and potential transitions into sales or advisory positions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations
  • Apply appropriate pest treatment methods and chemicals safely
  • Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

  • Perform maintenance on pest control equipment and ensure proper operation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in pest control
