Job description

Disruptive Technologies is a leader in innovative IoT solutions, delivering cutting-edge wireless sensor technology that enables smarter buildings and data-driven decision-making. Our solutions are designed for simplicity, scalability, and efficiency across a wide range of industries.
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in the field? We are looking for an IoT Field Technician to join our growing team in a hybrid role combining on-site installations (up to 50% travel) with in-office planning, support, and operational work.
This role is primarily responsible for planning and executing installations of our IoT hardware at customer locations. When not traveling, you will support installation planning, troubleshooting, customer support, and operational processes such as order fulfillment and shipping.
What You'll Do
  • Travel to customer sites to install IoT hardware (up to 50%)
  • Plan and coordinate installations, including site preparation and logistics
  • Ensure installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and connectivity issues (on-site and remotely)
  • Prepare installation plans, documentation, and required materials
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to schedule installations
  • Assist with order processing, packaging, shipping, and inventory management
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

What We're Looking For
