Job description

  • Own regional sales and business development for INDION® ion exchange resins, specialty chemicals, and water treatment solutions
  • Develop and execute regional business plans, including revenue forecasts, budgets, and growth strategies
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across industrial, municipal, and OEM segments
  • Conduct technical sales discussions, recommend fit-for-purpose solutions, and support customer trials
  • Build and manage key customer relationships, channel partners, and distributors
  • Collaborate with global technical, application, and bid management teams to support proposals and execution
  • Track market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs, to inform strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred
  • 6-10 years of progressive sales experience in ion exchange resins, or specialty chemicals, water/wastewater treatment, with proven U.S. territory management experience
  • Strong technical understanding, consultative selling skills, commercial judgment, and willingness to travel regionally are essential
