- Own regional sales and business development for INDION® ion exchange resins, specialty chemicals, and water treatment solutions
- Develop and execute regional business plans, including revenue forecasts, budgets, and growth strategies
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across industrial, municipal, and OEM segments
- Conduct technical sales discussions, recommend fit-for-purpose solutions, and support customer trials
- Build and manage key customer relationships, channel partners, and distributors
- Collaborate with global technical, application, and bid management teams to support proposals and execution
- Track market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs, to inform strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred
- 6-10 years of progressive sales experience in ion exchange resins, or specialty chemicals, water/wastewater treatment, with proven U.S. territory management experience
- Strong technical understanding, consultative selling skills, commercial judgment, and willingness to travel regionally are essential
