Job description

Base Pay Range

$150,000 - $175,000 per year

About the Role

As General Manager, you’ll own the P&L and lead a cross‑functional team across production, R&D and sales. You’ll set strategy, build customer partnerships and champion innovation that keeps the business ahead of industry trends. This hands‑on, high‑impact role reports directly to the President.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the business strategy for the masterbatch and additive compounding operation.
  • Drive revenue growth through market expansion and customer engagement.
  • Oversee manufacturing performance, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with R&D to launch new, sustainable colour and additive technologies.
  • Inspire and develop a high‑performing team and culture of accountability.
What You Bring
  • 8+ years in masterbatch, colour or additive compounding, including 5+ in senior leadership.
  • Strong grasp of extrusion, compounding and colour formulation processes.
  • Proven P&L ownership and business growth achievements.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other operational excellence frameworks.
  • Sales and Business Development background is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or Business (MBA preferred).
