About the Role:
Are you highly organized with a passion for customer service? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a Service Receptionist and Warranty Claim Specialist to join our busy and growing dealership. As the Service Receptionist and Warranty Claim Specialist, you will handle all service phone calls, scheduling, warranty claims processing and coordination of logistics on inbound and outbound vehicles. 
Responsibilities:
  • Answer service phone calls and schedule service appointments.
  • Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with warranty company guidelines.
  • Process service invoicing accurately, completely and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with technicians for efficient workflow.
  • Manage logistics for transportation of incoming and outgoing vehicles. 
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Provide support in resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient with computer systems including Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
  • Highly energetic and promotes a culture of positivity and collaboration.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

  • Friday - 8:15 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Hours above include a one hourly daily lunch break.
  • Approximately 43 hours per week, with paid overtime.
