Job description

In this role, you will work closely with our internal lawyers, guiding them through our Group Legal platforms and tools.

By joining our team, you will be encouraged to further develop existing processes using innovative solutions. This will enhance both your technical and business capabilities.
We are looking for someone who will join our team to
execute external legal fees management operations - especially those related to the audit of the invoices, control of the overall processing and resolution of escalations;
maintain proactive and efficient collaboration with outside counsels to ensure optimal processing of fees in strict alignment with our billing guidelines;
collaborate closely with our Outside Counsel Management (OCM) team located in Weehawken and other internal legal teams by providing process and technical guidance across our invoice management procedures and related tools;
provide functional support to business units on invoice management processes and tools, working in close coordination with the Digital Legal Solutions team;
prepare high quality written communications for global distribution within Group Legal, particularly on invoice management updates and best practices;
facilitate effective communication between Group Legal functions and other organizational stakeholders on matters related to invoice processing and management.
