Tata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC, (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.
Position Summary
Project Aide/ Site Auditor with strong verbal and written skills experienced in Time Auditing, material tickets, invoices, rental equipment, purchase order tracking and reporting for local client site.
Responsibilities
Audit Time: Verify gate log to time turned in by contract groups daily to ensure accuracy. Enter weekly labor cost in spreadsheet for each contract group. Track and report weekly to accounting/management the labor spends vs AOP.
Material Tickets: Reconcile material tickets to invoice. Enter weekly material cost in spreadsheet for each contract group. Track and report weekly to accounting/management the material spends vs AOP
Invoices: Calculate, reconcile, and enter to spreadsheet, numerous contractor invoices. Track posting of invoices in SAP, enter invoice number and posted status in tracking spreadsheets. Research invoices that are not paid.
Rental Equipment: Track rental equipment for the plant. Schedule repair service for equipment. Ensure maintenance records are up to date.
Shopping Carts: Create annual requisitions for contractor groups. Create shopping carts as needed. Monitor through approval. Notify contractor of approved Purchase Orders.
Purchase Orders: Monitor purchase orders for spend and ensure PO's are not exceeded.
Projects/Reports: Prepare special reports for accounting and management as needed.
Contractor Headcount: Prepare and report monthly contractor headcount to management.
Filing: Appropriately file and retain reports for reference. This includes time sheets, gate logs, invoices, environmental reports and equipment inspections.
Supplies: Order office supplies as needed to ensure efficiency of operation.
Qualifications
Communication: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills with the ability to get along well with various personality types.
Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel.
SAP: The ability to use basic SAP transaction codes.
SRM: Creating, editing, and tracking Shopping Carts (requisitions).
