Full-Time Orthodontist Opportunity | Selma, NC (4 Days/Week)

We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Orthodontist to join our established, high-performing practice in Selma, NC! This is a full-time opportunity working 4 days per week in a thriving, established office with an experienced, highly tenured team and a strong patient base.

Step into an existing 3-4 column schedule seeing approximately 40-60 patients per day, with the opportunity to continue growing alongside a supportive team and organization.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of orthodontic experience preferred

Confident in treatment planning, case acceptance, and patient communication

Experience with brackets and Invisalign required

TAD placement experience is a plus

A true practice builder, mentor, and team leader who values patient relationships and long-term growth

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
