Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing patient check-in and check-out, insurance verification, and supporting the overall patient experience. A positive attitude and the ability to travel between office locations as needed are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Check-In/Check-Out:
  • Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude.
  • Collect patient payments and post in account accurately.
  • Schedule patients next visit with a goal of 100% reappoint rate.
  • Insurance Verification:
  • Verify patient insurance coverage before appointments.
  • Accurately enter and update insurance information in the system.
  • Communicate insurance benefits and financial responsibilities to patients.
  • Customer Service:
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Address patient questions and concerns with a caring and solutions-focused approach.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual preferred but not required
