Responsibilities:

  • Keep our practice running smoothly and profitably day-to-day
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing dental team
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and team performance reviews
  • Oversee financials: budgets, collections, reporting
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, insurance, and dental regulations
  • Create strategies that wow our patients and keep them coming back!

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience as a manager in an oral surgery practice (3+ years required)
  • A confident, supportive leader with strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of insurance, billing, and financial management
  • Tech-savvy with practice software (DSN is a plus)
  • Someone who thrives when things get busy and keeps patient care at the center
