Treasury and Investor Reporting Director

Your key responsibilities are to deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while:

  • Leading high-performing treasury and investor reporting teams to ensure day-to-day operational excellence
  • Providing executive oversight of treasury operations and investor, investment and custodian reporting
  • Establishing oversight and controls across cash activity, reconciliations, and exception resolution
  • Partnering with internal teams, auditors, tax advisors, custodians, and other service partners to ensure coordinated reporting and service outcomes
  • Driving scalable process development, individual skillset maturation, cross-functional initiatives, and technology adaptation across treasury and investor reporting
  • Developing team talent through onboarding, coaching, and performance leadership
  • Translating FSG's strategic priorities and vision into clear execution plans, goals, and accountability within the Treasury and Investor Reporting team
โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Our requirements for you as an applicant are simple:ย 
  • Experience (8+ years) in treasury, alternative investment operations or fund administration, with experience leading teams and managing client relationships
  • Deep understanding of investment structures, allocation methodologies, capital activity, and NAV processes
  • Moderate technical knowledge of GAAP, partnership accounting, financial statements, and audit/tax reporting
  • Ability to oversee cash activity, reconciliations, and investor reporting
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving process improvement and operational scalability
  • Be a team player with a persistent work ethic
  • Be exceptional in your organizational, written, and communication skills
  • Have an impeccable attention to detail
  • Be exemplary in prioritization and multi-tasking in a high-volume, high-speed environment
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, VBA, and/or Python
  • Experience in Hazeltree required; experience in Salesforce and/or Investran preferred

We are primarily a remote work company, but some of the training for this role may be best delivered in-person leveraging client sites or local coworking locations. Our clients also ask us to provide on-site support from time-to-time.
