Investor Reporting Associate

Your key responsibilities are to deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while:
  • Prepare, review, and distribute investor statements, capital account reports, performance reports, tax documents, and investor communications in accordance with established deadlines
  • Validate investor balances, capital activity, performance data, and reporting outputs against fund accounting records; investigate and resolve discrepancies, data exceptions, and reporting issues
  • Maintain investor reporting platforms, portals, and client databases, including data entry, updates, document uploads, access management, and record maintenance
  • Execute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting activities accurately and on schedule, supporting established reporting cycles and deliverables
  • Respond to investor inquiries regarding account activity, reporting packages, performance information, document requests, and portal access; support investor onboarding and Partner account maintenance
  • Partner with internal teams to obtain, validate, and reconcile reporting information; document procedures and contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and investor experience

Our requirements for you as an applicant are simple:
  • 0-3 years of work experience, preferably in an organizational capacity related to custodians, private funds, or Registered Investment Advisors
  • Experience with fund administration, investor reporting, and client relationship management systems (e.g., PCS, Salesforce, HazelTree, DTCC, DX, Docusign or similar platforms) is a plus
  • Be a team player with a persistent work ethic
  • Learn all we teach you quickly, comprehensively, and enthusiastically
  • Be exceptional in your organizational, written, and communication skills
  • Have an impeccable attention to detail
  • Be exemplary in prioritization and multi-tasking in a high volume, high speed environment
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Base salary commensurate with experience and success: The annual base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000
  • Quarterly bonus that offers unlimited potential growth - 1/3rd of our profits (no matter how much) are shared with our team in bonuses each quarter

We are primarily a remote work company, but some of the training for this role may be best delivered in-person leveraging client sites or local coworking locations. Our clients also ask us to provide on-site support from time-to-time.
