THE ROLE

Clear Investment Group is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented individual to support the firm’s growing fundraising, investor communications, and marketing initiatives across Clear Opportunities Fund II and future investment vehicles, including syndicated investment opportunities.
This role is highly cross-functional and will support investor onboarding, CRM management, reporting coordination, marketing material creation, LP platform management, and ongoing investor servicing efforts. The ideal candidate is operationally strong, technologically savvy, possesses strong written communication and design skills, and thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
This position offers significant exposure to private real estate marketing, fundraising and investor relations, with long-term growth potential into management level responsibilities.
 
WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Marketing & Branding
 
  • Create, update, and maintain investor-facing marketing materials, pitch decks, presentations, newsletters, and reporting collateral
  • Assist with website content coordination, SEO initiatives, and marketing efforts alongside external marketing and PR partners
  • Support company branding consistency across all investor-facing materials and social media platforms
  • Assist in managing company LinkedIn content and broader marketing communications initiatives
  • Help coordinate press releases, thought leadership content, and award submissions for executive leadership and company recognition opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Accounting, Acquisitions, Leadership, and external vendors to gather information for marketing and investor communications
CRM, Systems & Technology
 
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and investor communication tracking within HubSpot
  • Assist with investor reporting systems including NAV and Investment Manager (Yardi)
  • Utilize AI-driven tools and technologies (OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude, Manus AI, etc.) to improve operational efficiency, investor communications, reporting workflows, and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain organized shared drive structures, investor materials, and document version control processes
  • Coordinate updates to data rooms, investor portals, and fundraising platforms as materials evolve
Investor Relations & Investor Servicing
 
  • Assist in the management of investor onboarding and subscription document workflows for Fund II and syndicated investment opportunities
  • Coordinate investor follow-up communications and maintain timely responsiveness to investor inquiries
  • Support investor servicing requests, including document retrieval, capital account summaries, K-1 requests, portal troubleshooting, and reporting distributions
  • Assist with capital call tracking, investor communications, and subscription process management
  • Maintain organized investor records, notes, and communications within CRM platforms
  • Coordinate investor webinars, quarterly reporting processes, and ongoing investor communications
Capital Raising & Fundraising Support
 
  • Assist in coordinating and managing prospective investor relationships throughout the fundraising lifecycle
  • Support outreach efforts to institutional investors, RIAs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Maintain prospect tracking and pipeline management within HubSpot CRM
  • Assist with LP platform updates and fundraising profile maintenance across platforms such as Clade, Preqin Pro, PitchBook, and Townsend
  • Help facilitate investor meeting scheduling, follow-up, and fundraising material distribution
  • Support the preparation of fundraising materials, investor presentations, and due diligence materials
 
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
 
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience within private equity, private real estate, private credit, investment management, or alternative investments preferred
  • Strong understanding of investor onboarding, subscription document workflows, and investor relations operations
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Strong written communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience creating and editing presentation and marketing materials
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Canva or similar design platforms
    • CRM systems and investor databases
  • Comfortable working within fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with investor portals, virtual data rooms, and fundraising platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools and willingness to adapt to evolving technologies preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
