The Investor Relations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Keysight Technologies Investor Relations program in collaboration with the Vice President and Director of Investor Relations. This position is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a dynamic IR program. This individual will collaborate across functions including business units, finance, strategy, communications, marketing, sales, legal, and treasury.
Responsibilities
  • AI and Automation: Evaluate, recommend and implement AI-based solutions to improve and automate tasks and processes.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze data to identify and communicate relevant trends across end-markets, equity markets, and analyst research and news sources, keeping our teams informed and highlighting themes.
  • Investor Communications: Assist in the development of investor collateral (talking points, Q&As, presentations).
  • Financial analysis: Analyze company financials for Keysight and our peers to highlight communication opportunities, and to assist in the preparation for investor meetings and events; analyze sellside research notes and models .
  • IR Website: Manage the Investor Relations website to enhance investor communication and satisfy disclosure requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance / business/ data analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Investor Relations, Finance or Data Analysis/AI
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience utilizing AI-based tools to automate tasks.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and investment / valuation concepts.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently to deliver high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with financial research tools such as FactSet a plus.
