Client Services Associate, Private Markets
A growing private markets business is looking for a Client Services Associate to support the launch, onboarding, and ongoing servicing of alternative investment products distributed through global wealth and financial intermediary channels.
Responsibilities
  • Support new fund launches and onboard distribution partners.
  • Coordinate with wealth platforms, fund administrators, transfer agents, and custodians.
  • Act as an operational contact for clients and external service providers.
  • Resolve onboarding and servicing issues across multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain operational trackers and produce reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Help improve client service and onboarding processes.
Ideal Background
  • 1+ years of experience in fund administration, investor services, transfer agency, fund operations, or alternative investments.
  • Exposure to private equity, private credit, real estate, or other private market products.
  • Strong client service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
