About the Role
You will support daily office operations to ensure a safe, professional, and efficient workplace environment. You serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, helping maintain smooth facility operations and positive workplace experiences. Success in this role is measured by consistent execution, strong customer service, and attention to operational detail.

Location and Schedule
In-person Monday through Friday
Jacksonville office: 347 Riverside Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32202

What You Will Be Doing
Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency
Conduct routine building audits to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
Escort vendors and contractors while ensuring compliance with site policies
Coordinate facility requests and communicate with internal teams and external partners
Support mail distribution, package handling, and office logistics
Monitor shared spaces to ensure readiness and functionality throughout the day
Track, document, and escalate maintenance or operational issues as needed
Assist with scheduling and coordination of vendor services and on-site activities
Maintain accurate logs and records for building operations and vendor visits

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, or demonstrable relevant experience
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to follow operational procedures
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and office systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in office operations, facilities support, or administrative services
Familiarity with vendor coordination and building services processes
Experience supporting reception or front desk operations
Awareness of workplace safety practices and compliance standards
Ability to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
