The ideal candidate must have experience in drafting standard and sophisticated estate planning documents. Domestic and international tax planning (including estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer, and income tax planning). Estate and trust administration and charitable planning. Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background. Must be admitted to the Florida bar.
