Overview

As a Private Client Service Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to High-Net-Worth individuals, helping protect the people, assets, and lifestyles that matter most. You’ll partner closely with clients, Producers, and carrier partners to deliver tailored insurance solutions, exceptional service, and proactive risk guidance that creates lasting value.

How you'll make an impact
    • Build and strengthen relationships with High-Net-Worth clients by delivering responsive, consultative service and anticipating evolving insurance needs.
    • Conduct comprehensive annual coverage reviews, providing strategic recommendations that help clients protect their assets and lifestyles with confidence.
    • Identify opportunities to expand client programs through additional insurance solutions, coverage enhancements, and thoughtful risk management guidance.
    • Support revenue growth by cultivating referrals and fostering strong relationships with clients and centers of influence.
    • Lead the renewal process from planning through implementation, ensuring timely, tailored solutions that align with each client's unique goals and exposures.
    • Collaborate with Producers to design, market, and execute insurance strategies that deliver value and exceptional client outcomes.
    • Maintain strong carrier relationships and leverage market expertise to secure competitive coverage options and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, carrier appetites, and emerging risks to provide knowledgeable counsel and strategic recommendations.
    • Mentor and support Client Service Managers and Associates, sharing expertise and encouraging continuous professional development.
    • Promote operational excellence by maintaining accurate client and policy information, following established service standards, and leveraging shared resources to enhance efficiency.
    • Conduct quality reviews and audits to help ensure compliance, consistency, and a best-in-class client experience.
    • Contribute to a collaborative, people-first culture where teamwork, knowledge sharing, and exceptional service help drive success for clients and colleagues alike.

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or High School diploma/GED and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred:

  • Insurance industry experience, particularly in personal lines or Private Client services.
  • Experience managing client relationships and working with complex accounts.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
