Virtual Real Estate Acquisitions Closer

Remote | Commission-Based | Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–6:00 PM EST

About Us

We're a fast-growing real estate investment company that buys, sells, and structures deals nationwide. We work directly with motivated property sellers to find win-win solutions we are not a real estate brokerage.

The Role

You'll call hot, pre-qualified seller leads through our CRM and dialer; this is not cold calling. Sellers have already shown interest and are expecting your call. Your job is to understand their situation, negotiate price and terms, and get signed contracts on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Call and re-engage seller leads via CRM/dialer
  • Qualify property, timeline, price, and motivation
  • Negotiate price and terms; handle objections
  • Follow up consistently until deals close
  • Draft purchase contracts using AI tools and company templates
  • Send contracts for signature and track status in CRM
  • Log accurate notes and updates; coordinate with the acquisition manager

What We Provide:

  • Free 2-week training on scripts, offers, objection handling, and closing
  • Ongoing coaching from the acquisition manager

Who We're Looking For:

  • Coachable, consistent, and motivated by performance-based pay
  • Sales experience preferred; real estate experience a plus, not required

Requirements:

  • Stable high-speed internet
  • Quiet home work environment; own computer/laptop
  • Available 10:30 AM–6:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday
  • Willing to complete training and follow company scripts/systems

Compensation

100% commission, paid as a share of company net profit on each deal you close:

  • 2.5% of net profit per deal until your cumulative commissions exceed $6,000
  • 1% of net profit per deal on everything after that
  • Example: a $20,000 company-profit deal pays you $500; a $40,000 deal pays $1,000; a $100,000 deal pays $2,500
  • Most deals net the company $15K–$40K+; larger portfolio/commercial deals can net $60K–$100K+
  • A steady closer books 5 deals/month; strong performers book 10–15+; top closers hit 20+
  • Bonuses: $5,000 at 20 total deals closed, $10,000 at 40, $17,000 at 60

Estimated annual earnings: $30,000–$100,000+, fully performance-based.
