Employees at mortgage companies often encounter challenges such as navigating complex regulatory requirements, managing high volumes of paperwork, and handling tight deadlines, especially during peak home-buying seasons. Effective communication and teamwork are also important, as employees regularly collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to ensure smooth transactions.
