Job Description: Kreshmore is seeking a hard working and independent thinking financial analyst to bolster its investment banking and restructuring team. The candidate will work across investment banking, restructuring, and real estate capital markets.

Qualifications:
Experience & Education:
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or economics from a respected university with outstanding academic success.
  • Financial modeling experience.
  • Background or working knowledge of real estate markets.
  • Superior knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Superior interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and work independently in order to help drive useful conclusions and add strategic value to an engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Spread and analyze prospective Client financial statements and reports resulting in useful feedback for the managing director.
  • Build and develop financial models to assess capitalization options for transactions.
  • Build valuation models based upon comparative transactions and discounted cash flow analysis on target companies.
  • Build and develop client presentations as well as debt and equity offering memorandums.
  • Maintain Client data room and corporate archive in accordance with company mandated standards and naming conventions.
  • Produce quality written work without error for both internal and external purposes.
  • Aid in capital outreach on debt transactions.
  • Aid restructuring advisory and valuations teams as needed based upon overall company workload.
  • Participate in Client meetings and calls.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Other Qualifications:
  • Ability to work on multiple transactions at the same tame.
  • Ability to stay organized and update project management software.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Must be a hard worker and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Applicant will frequently be required to sit at their workstation for extended periods of time. They must be able to utilize standard computers and office equipment, normal vision is required.
  • At least one summer internship in a related field
  • Flexibility in switching between tasks, typical with a small entrepreneurial environment.
