This is not your typical stuffy firm; we work hard, but we believe in fostering a positive team member environment with room for growth.
We're looking for a motivated litigation attorney to handle professional license defense & administrative law cases for our firm. Our next team member will diligently prepare for settlement conferences and be able to articulately defend clients at contested hearings in front of licensing boards as well as state agencies. Litigation experience is required.
Attorneys must possess patience when interacting with clients and must assist clients in preparation for settlement conferences and contested case hearings, as well as any interviews with investigators.
This job will necessitate you being in the courtroom and litigating cases. This means you need to feel confident and comfortable in this environment, and you must be prepared at all times. If you like the competitive nature of trial work, then you will have plenty of opportunities.
