Position Overview

We are seeking an Inventory Accountant to support inventory accounting, operational analysis, and strategic business initiatives across a growing organization. This role goes beyond traditional accounting, offering significant exposure to operations, inventory management, process improvement, and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting with exposure to inventory, cost accounting, manufacturing, construction, or operational finance environments.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Accounting
  • Monitor inventory transactions, balances, and reconciliations
  • Support month-end close and inventory-related accounting activities
  • Analyze inventory variances and identify trends
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory valuation and reporting
Field Data Collection & Analysis
  • Gather and analyze operational data across 20+ locations
  • Partner with field and operations teams to understand business performance
  • Investigate discrepancies and provide actionable insights
  • Support reporting and operational decision-making
Strategic Projects & Process Improvement

Qualifications
