The Role
A Warehouse Inventory Associate is responsible for safely using a Forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries moving them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks. They are also responsible for ensuring the production floor is fully stocked, anticipating the needs of the production teams they support.

As Inventory Associate, You Will:
Warehouse:
  • Safely operate a forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries
  • Transport raw materials to production workstations and storage areas
  • Ensure the production floor is fully stocked, anticipating the needs of the production teams you support
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Comply with all company policies and guidelines
  • Foster a safe and healthy work environment, compliant with standards and legal regulations

Inventory
  • Unload and store materials in their appropriate locations
  • Identify and report damages upon unpacking to leadership
  • Report shortages and quality deficiencies to leadership
  • Keep updated and accurate records of inventory
  • Produce and maintain activity logs

Supply Chain Support
  • Coordinate the movement of materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks
  • Anticipate production team needs to ensure uninterrupted workflow
  • Communicate proactively with leadership regarding any supply or quality concerns
  • Support the overall flow of materials from receiving through to the production floor

Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience as forklift operator or similar role
  • Working knowledge of industrial equipment
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Self-motivated problem-solver
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High school diploma

Salary Information:
