A national consumer product manufacturer is hiring a Cost Accountant for its Springfield, MA facility. This is a hands-on plant finance role where you'll be the go-to accounting person on-site, partnering with operations and corporate finance to keep costs, inventory, and performance on track.
You'll dig into:
  • Cost accounting, standard costs, and variance analysis
  • Month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Inventory, labor, material, and overhead reporting
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and plant-level P&L support
  • Financial analysis that helps operations make better decisions

We're looking for someone with:
  • 3+ years of cost accounting, plant accounting, or financial analysis experience
  • Manufacturing, food, CPG, or packaging experience preferred
