The Role


We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support inventory and warehouse operations in a fast-paced technology manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory control, processing inventory transactions, and identifying opportunities to improve and optimize inventory processes and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, issue, and track inventory to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and operational efficiency.
  • Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Prepare inventory reports and support inventory audits and reporting activities.
  • Assist with warehouse operations, including picking, packing, labeling, and preparing materials for distribution.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ Years of Experience
  • Proven experience optimizing inventory processes
  • Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using ERP
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform routine warehouse responsibilities.


This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility to extend or potentially convert to permanent.
