What will you be doing?
  • Lead: Lead the supply planning process to ensure demand fulfillment, drive inventory productivity, and support business objectives across multiple brands and product categories. Manage and develop planning resources while fostering cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
  • Drive: Drive style, color, and vendor-level buy plans that balance inventory investments with sales opportunities. Execute and manage high-volume purchase order entry, creation, and maintenance as a core responsibility, communicate supply forecasts, negotiate deliveries, and partner with supply chain teams to ensure capacity requirements and open-to-buy plans are achieved.
  • Partner: Partner closely with Sales, Product Development, Costing, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align inventory strategies, address planning gaps, and support key business initiatives. Facilitate inventory review discussions and contribute to S&OP decision-making processes.
  • Analyze: Analyze inventory performance, category trends, size and width selling patterns, production metrics, and supply constraints to identify opportunities and risks. Leverage planning tools and data insights to support inventory optimization and improve decision-making.
  • Develop: Develop and maintain supply plans, production schedules, purchase orders, and purchasing strategies that maximize inventory productivity while supporting customer demand. Continuously improve planning processes, reporting capabilities, and system utilization to drive operational efficiencies and business results.
