Lead Magazine Keeper

*This position pays $30 - $36 an hour DOE*

As the Lead Magazine Keeper, you will manage the inventory of explosives, repair parts, and consumable tooling to ensure optimal stock levels. Maintains precise transaction records while overseeing the security and upkeep of magazines and other storage areas. Other duties include:

  • Directs order fulfillment by pulling inventory from bills of lading and when called upon, safely securing products onto delivery trucks and mobile pumping equipment.
  • Oversee the receiving process, including physical inspection, accurate logging, and orderly storage of returned or incoming goods.
  • Manage inventory and stocking levels for explosives goods, stocked parts, tooling, accessories and consumables. Count and reconcile monthly.
  • Ensures compliance to ATF regulatory law and ensures accurate inventory of explosives, count and reconcile monthly.
  • Inventory management: coordinate deliveries and confirm counts
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of goods
  • Performs monthly inspections of site, facility, fire and safety equipment
  • Track, report and delegate renewal for permits and licensing
  • Takes an active role in ensuring products are available to meet the customer's demand and company's targets for inventory turns.
  • Manage and accurately perform order fulfilment duties, staging and or loading explosives for delivery
  • Accurately record all transactions (inbound and outbound)
  • Manage consumption and allocation of parts, accessories and consumables
  • Coordinates deliveries, physically receives and confirms counts, directs and participates in proper stocking and restocking of goods.
  • Timely and accurately process all explosives goods receipts with "Lazer Software".
  • Coordinate to ensure information validity in Manager Plus and other Maintenance software

What We're Looking For:

  • 5 years related warehouse experience
  • Knowledge and ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ordering systems.
  • Advanced skills in application and use of Excel
  • Previous experience with enterprise resource planning software, SAP preferred
  • Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives.
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
