Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in managing multiple tasks, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents.
  • Manage and organize office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records in an organized manner.
