As an Inventoryย  Lead, your role is pivotal in supporting the on-time delivery of all customer orders from the FC. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the efficient flow of products throughout the warehouse.

What you'll be doing:

  • Works closely with receiving, packing, and shipping teams to ensure seamless movement of products within the Fulfillment Center. Identifies and resolves inventory-related issues promptly to prevent disruptions.
  • Supports the maintenance of optimum stock levels by ensuring accurate documentation in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).ย 
  • Conducts regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain real-time accuracy in inventory records. Coordinates with warehouse leadership to schedule counts without disrupting daily operations.
  • Enforces FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices in the warehouse to ensure product quality and freshness for our customers.
  • Provides guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their team understands and adheres to our standard operating procedures.
  • Trains new Inventory associates.ย 
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to food safety, quality control, and inventory management.

What you have:

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience or comfort with working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees)
  • Strong verbal communications skills
  • Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to
  • Ability to thrive in a repetitive and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
