Duties and Responsibilities:ย 

  • Responsible for the inventory data entry and maintaining product data and bills of materialย 
  • Insure the timely receipt in the system of all incoming and outgoing productย 
  • Insure the timely receipt of all internal transfers and rework ย 
  • Insure the receipt and accuracy of all warehouse daily operational paperwork ย 
  • Maintain product bills of materials and bills of lading ย 
  • Maintain and organize paper files
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies, perform cycle counts for inventory items in warehouseย 
  • Perform monthly cycle counts, weekly and daily physical spot check counts
  • Insure accuracy in all inventory maters ย 
  • Review and apply inventory transactions such as movements, deletions, and rework ย 
  • Identify orphaned or missing products ย 
  • Create records for new items and new customers ย 
  • Create training and SOP documentation for inventory and billing procedures ย ย 
  • Maintain customer electronic communication, PWM, TMS, SAP and budexchange ย ย 
  • Verify the availability of new releases for the Sales and Customer Service Departments ย 
  • Track and monitor progress of unlabeled products ย 
  • Track and monitor all embargoed material ย 
  • Track and monitor all CQV material ย 
  • Give direction to the warehouse supervisor on actions related to embargoed product, CQV ย product, and products by date ย 
  • Work with managers from the Transportation, Customer Service, and Warehouse departments ย to ensure a seamless flow of inventory movement and needs including transportation activities ย ย 
  • Bill all warehouse activities and transportation activities ย ย 
  • Bill for all glass and aluminum bottle shuttle transportation ย 
  • Bill for miscellaneous transportation loads for our Transportation Teamsย 
  • Assist Dispatch and Transportation teams with clerical and customer service needs ย 
  • Manage all appointment scheduling warehouses ย 
  • Customer service - answer customer inquiries and requests via email or phone ย 
  • Punctuality and regular attendance is mandatory ย 
  • Other duties and assignments as requested by managementย

Physical Job Description ย 

  • Typical Working Conditions: ย The working environment includes both a typical office ย environment with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and ย warehouse environment where there is exposure to mobile equipment, temperature, loud ย noise, etc. ย 
  • Equipment Used: ย Typical office equipment like the Copier machine, computer, phone, etc. ย ย ย 
  • Essential Physical Tasks: The job requires sitting for long periods of time. ย It also requires ย walking 2+ miles a day in the warehouse, standing, and handling paper work. ย May include data ย entry in computers or running reports. ย
