The Inventory Associate plays a crucial role in managing stock levels, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining warehouse organization in a fast-paced environment. Working within a small team, this position utilizes a combination of inventory management software and manual tracking methods to support seamless inventory operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory control and stock replenishment processes
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Conduct quality inspections and cycle counts regularly
  • Organize warehouse layout for optimal efficiency
  • Utilize RF scanners and PDA systems for tracking inventory
  • Prepare and submit inventory reports promptly
  • Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management
  • Proficient operating Cherry Picker and inventory management systems
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Effective organization and time management abilities
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills for inventory calculations
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to pass Drug test and Background check.


Schedule :

Monday - Saturday 9am to 5:30pm, must be flexible with schedule and open to working overtime if needed


Pay Rate :

$22 per hour / weekly pay
