Job Summary

A Support Representative Specialist will play an auxiliary role within the department, and could be responsible for managing data, or customer assistance, depending on the departmental needs. This could include tasks such as: data filing and data input and assisting wholesale customers in placing orders and correcting billing errors.

  • Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
  • Experience Desired: 1-2 years of clerical experience, General office work experience
  • Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Education Desired: Bachelors Degree
  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
  • Travel Required: Regional - Daily, Less than 10%; Regional - Daily, 10 - 25%

Job Responsibilities

o   Enter verifications into the system in a timely manner.

o   Data entry, filing, and communication skills.

o   Follow all applicable safety and sanitation procedures.

o   Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

o   Have flexibility in scheduling and availability to work the times, shifts, days, and overtime as necessary.

o   Deliver unparalleled customer service.

o   Complete all assignments in a timely manner including cycle counts, audits and /or research discrepancies.

o   Maintain tracking, reporting, and filing systems.

o   Audit outbound orders.

o   Monitor drops to ensure the customer receives the product ordered.

o   Perform all aspects of the reclamation area including scanning and palletizing the product to processing damages.

o   Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues

o   Assist operations in monitoring voice selection to ensure drops/resets are completed for load departure.

o   Coordinate training of new personnel, as well as cross training of current staff.

o   Perform other miscellaneous duties and special projects.

o   Ability to work in temperatures of -10 to -20 Fahrenheit.
