Syntricate Technologies is looking for a MECM Administrator/EUC Support. The role involves managing Microsoft Configuration Manager and providing support for Windows 11, along with troubleshooting workstations and utilizing ServiceNow for support tasks.
Responsibilities:
• In-depth computer hardware knowledge (CPU, motherboard, storage/memory technologies, etc.) with Dell, Client, and Client
• Strong experience with OS imaging using Microsoft Configuration Manager
• Strong Windows 11 experience
• Good overall understanding of Microsoft Configuration Manager
• Good workstation troubleshooting skills
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow
