Job Description We're seeking an Desktop Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for Windows and macOS environments. This role supports end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and audio/visual technology while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Provide technical support for Windows and macOS desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and audio/visual equipment. Configure, deploy, and maintain computers, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment. Support conference room and presentation technology, including projectors and displays.

Respond to support requests both remotely and on-site while documenting issues and resolutions. Assist with technology deployments, upgrades, and other IT projects. Participate in occasional after-hours or weekend support as needed.

Qualifications 2+ years of desktop or help desk support experience in a Windows and/or macOS environment. Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management or desktop imaging tools. Hands-on experience supporting audio/visual or conference room technology.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and work independently or as part of a team. #IND1.
