We are a leading elevator manufacturing company seeking an experienced and driven  Junior Project Manager to Join our  team in a role that blends project management with client-facing and sales support responsibilities
As our  Junior Project Manager, you will: 
  • Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet output goals
  • Monitor workflow and flag bottlenecks before they become problems
  • Communicate between production teams, supervisors, and department leads
  • Track inventory, materials, and equipment needs
  • Help enforce quality control standards and safety procedures
  • Maintain production reports and basic KPIs
  • Jump in where needed — this role wears a few hats

We're seeking candidates with the following
2-3 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment
     
  • Some exposure to scheduling, workflow coordination, or floor supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
