Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking an Operations-Project Manager (Non-IT) for our client in the Professional Services domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 8-12 Months Contract (with possible extension)

Location: Hybrid in Swiftwater, PA (3-4 days On-site)

Salary: $60.00/Hourly

Role: Operations-Project Manager (Non-IT)

Primary Skills: Project Management

Role Description: The Operations-Project Manager (Non-IT) must have 5-10+ years of experience.

Must Have:

- SAP s4hana is nice to have

- Must have system implementation experience

- Global rollout only supporting local site- a lot of dynamics of different people involved

- Must be local, in Swiftwater, PA who can be onsite Monday-Thursday.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Coordinate of project resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders

- Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reports

- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies

- Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, implementing lessons learned in future projects

- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science)

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, PMP certification is a plus

- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in project management software and tools.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5-10+ years of experience
