Project Manager – Pharmaceutical
Introduction: The Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry plays a crucial role in overseeing project timelines, vendor coordination, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to successfully manage and execute projects within a GMP environment.
Responsibilities:- Track upcoming project milestones and document pre-work in BMRAM
- Coordinate with Clean Environment''s Main Campus team for resource sharing
- Collaborate with asset owners to confirm inventory levels for replacements and parts
- Onboard and train vendor support for project execution
- Request and populate report templates for pre-execution reviews
- Process Authorization for activity (AFA) work records
- Provide support for documentation, audits, quality events, and trending analysis
- Attend and oversee vendor activities to ensure compliance
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the Clean Environment''s team
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or GMP environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
