Project Manager – Pharmaceutical

Introduction: The Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry plays a crucial role in overseeing project timelines, vendor coordination, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to successfully manage and execute projects within a GMP environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Track upcoming project milestones and document pre-work in BMRAM
  • Coordinate with Clean Environment''s Main Campus team for resource sharing
  • Collaborate with asset owners to confirm inventory levels for replacements and parts
  • Onboard and train vendor support for project execution
  • Request and populate report templates for pre-execution reviews
  • Process Authorization for activity (AFA) work records
  • Provide support for documentation, audits, quality events, and trending analysis
  • Attend and oversee vendor activities to ensure compliance
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the Clean Environment''s team
Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or GMP environment
