Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and blueprint reading will drive successful outcomes across diverse construction initiatives. Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress daily, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Review construction schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize construction management software.
  • Oversee site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and work is performed according to plan.
  • Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), and progress reports to maintain transparency and accountability.
