Multifamily Project Manager

The Role
As Project Manager at BMCC, you will lead day-to-day construction operations for multifamily projects. You will oversee planning, manage costs and schedules, and foster strong communication with owners and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Drive the construction process, mentor field staff, and protect company culture.
  • Financials: Manage project estimates, cost accounting, updates, and invoice approvals.
  • Contracts: Formulate, issue, and enforce subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Operations: Visit sites regularly to ensure quality, scope control, and schedule accuracy.
  • Communication: Lead project meetings, publish minutes, and align owners and upper management.
  • Relations: Coordinate with local authorities and manage punch-list and closeout phases.

Qualifications
