Inventory Control Associate
Location: KYOCERA SGS Precision Tools, 238 Mark Drive, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Second Shift 2:15PM - 10:45PM
Pay Range: $19.07 - $23.82 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

KYOCERA SGS Precision Tools is seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Associate to maintain accurate inventory, support on-time delivery, and contribute to a lean, safe, and team-oriented environment. If you're passionate about quality and continuous improvement, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carousel Operations: Operate and back up carousel machinery to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Order Processing: Accurately pick and process materials for customer orders from static shelving.
  • Production Receipts: Handle production receipts by counting, staging, and routing materials accurately.
  • Inventory Management: Manage detailed inventory transactions in the company's system to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Material Handling: Stage and route materials from production receipts and RMAs.
  • Cycle Counting: Conduct regular cycle counts for carousel and static shelving to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to refining procedures for better operational efficiency.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high-quality standards and service to enhance customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous inventory control, warehouse, or distribution center experience preferred.
  • Understanding of QMS and quality standards.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Team-oriented with adaptability to varying workloads.
  • Ability to work second-shift schedule and mandatory overtime when scheduled

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Ability to perform frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs.), carrying, reaching, bending, standing, and walking, with repetitive hand movements. Must be able to visually inspect small defects and safely handle sharp cutting tools. Work is performed in a climate-controlled distribution center with moderate to loud noise levels, with or without reasonable accommodation.
