Job Title: Inventory Management Support B

Job Code: 39502

Job Location: Mason, OH

Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days- totaling 80 hours worked- and have every other Friday off - 1st shift

Job Description:

The Inventory Management Support Clerk will be responsible for keeping inventory control in ERP system and physical locations. This includes receiving material into stock, transacting material, physically moving material, physical inventory counts, delivering parts to labs, etc. and other stockroom functions designated by management.

Essential Functions:

  • Accurately move and transact material in a timely manner.

  • Manage inventory locations.

  • Manage inventory documentation.

  • Perform transfers, reservations, e-fills, kitting, etc.

  • Enter data accurately into CostPoint (ERP system).

  • Data entry into Excel to provide traceability and metrics.

  • Communicate product or documentation discrepancies.

  • Assist multiple supporting functions with various material related duties.

  • Perform tasks designated by management.

  • Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Ability to work in teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management.

  • Ability to multitask and change priorities as directed.

  • Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Edge.

  • Experience with CostPoint/TIPQA is a bonus.

  • Experience with data management /processing preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal, written, and great customer service attitude.

  • The employee frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch.ย  Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds.

  • Strong computer skills, ERP experience a plus.

  • Understanding of importance of inventory accuracy within a MRP system is a plus.
