Job Description:

The Inventory Management B role supports the FTI program by coordinating daily inventory control, material movement . This position is responsible for handling field return assets, coordinating vendor RMAs for repair, and monitoring evaluation inventory levels to ensure material availability and accurate records.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple inventory transactions while maintaining accuracy in warehouse and database systems.

Essential Functions:

  • Receive, inspect, and process parts for evaluation, scrap or repair in accordance with established procedures.
  • Initiate and process RMAs with vendors for repair or replacement of returned hardware.
  • Monitor evaluation inventory levels for support of replenishment activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of receiving transactions, asset movements, returns, and shipments.
  • Coordinate with program, procurement, logistics, warehouse, and engineering teams to ensure timely material support.
  • Verify received materials against documentation and reported discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust Clearance is required prior to starting on day 1.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
  • Requires the ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust Clearance.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience supporting aerospace, defense, electronics, or technical hardware programs.
  • Familiarity with serialized inventory tracking.
  • Experience processing RMAs, returns, and vendor repair transactions.
