What You'll Do
Do you have great attention to detail, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a reliable and organized Inventory Control & Office Team Member to help keep our cold storage operation running efficiently.
In this role, you'll work closely with warehouse and office teams to maintain accurate inventory, conducting inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and support daily operations. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to meet you!
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient in operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, high reach, and cherry pickers.
  • Experience with cycle counting in a warehouse management system, researching inventory issues and discrepancies preferred.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse inventory functions
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Experience warehouse management systems preferred.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Dependable, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Physical Requirements
  • Sit, walk, speak, hear, read, write, and type throughout the workday
  • Occasionally lift, carry, push, or reach up to 15 pounds
  • Occasionally work at heights up to 40 feet
  • Move throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
  • Ability to work safely around forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
